A Friend in Need

When you need a friend, He is always there.
Jesus, Lord and Savior will shoulder all your cares.
He will stand by you through thick and thin.
He will carry your burdens until the very end.

Jesus will give you strength to overcome.
Just lean on Him till the victory is won.
There may be others to encourage your heart
And be with you right from the start,
But always remember what Jesus can do.
He is the One who'll always see you through.

Jesus is able to provide all of your needs
And give you favor so you won't have to plead.
Take it from me... I am one who knows…
He's supplied all my needs from food to clothes.
Jesus gave me confidence, security and love.
There is no one greater than our Lord sent from above.
